How I Work With Brands

A plain-language walkthrough of the process, the packages and the working terms, so a first email can be about the campaign instead of the admin.

Every collaboration I take on runs on the same rhythm, and saying it out loud up front tends to save everybody a week. Brands are rarely being cagey when they send a vague first message — they genuinely do not know what to ask for yet. So here is the whole thing, in the order it actually happens.

Step one: reach out

Send me your brand, your product, your goals and your timeline. I read every inquiry and respond within 48 hours. The more context you put into that first message the faster we get to something concrete: who the campaign is for, what success looks like to you, and whether you need the content living on my channels or on yours. If a launch date is already locked, put it in the first line.

Step two: a custom proposal

Every package is built around the campaign, so there is no fixed menu with prices on it. What comes back is a tailored proposal — content types, platforms, deliverables, timeline and pricing. These are the shapes it usually takes:

  • Sponsored Post — one in-feed photo or carousel on Instagram, styled and shot to match my aesthetic. Thirty days of usage rights, with Stories available as an add-on.
  • Reel or TikTok — short-form video in a trending format, posted to my account. Sixty days of usage, with cross-posting available as an add-on.
  • Content Bundle — three to five pieces across platforms with Stories included, and sixty to ninety days of usage. The one to pick for a launch.
  • UGC and whitelisting — I create, you post. Delivered as files for your own channels and paid ads, with six months of usage.
  • Brand Ambassador — an ongoing partnership with monthly deliverables, category exclusivity and continuous Stories coverage. Minimum three-month commitment.

Rates depend on scope, platform, exclusivity and usage rights. I work with flat fees, affiliate and commission models, and hybrids of the two, so tell me which structure suits your budget and I will build around it.

Step three: create and deliver

This is the part brands worry about and really should not. I handle concept, styling, filming, editing and posting. Creative direction is creator-led — you are welcome to send mood boards, key messages and product information, and I will build something that sits naturally inside my feed instead of interrupting it, because that is the version people actually watch. One round of minor revisions is always included; a major re-shoot is quoted separately. Turnaround runs seven to fourteen business days depending on scope.

The terms, plainly

Payment is fifty per cent upfront and fifty per cent on delivery, by wire transfer or GCash. Products need to arrive at no cost before creation begins — I cannot speak honestly about something I have not lived with for a few days. For events outside Metro Manila, travel and accommodation are arranged and paid by the brand, wardrobe or a styling budget is provided, and hair and makeup is either provided or covered. Category exclusivity is available at a premium and has to be agreed in writing. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on appearances.

What I say no to

Unpaid collaborations, gifting-only deals, and anything that conflicts with my values. That last one is not a posture. There are 630K+ people across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook who took my word for something once and came back for the next thing — that trust is the actual product, and no fee makes it worth spending. The brands I have collaborated with, L'Oréal, Ever Bilena, Vitress, Nobu and Piña Beauty among them, all got the same answers to the same questions.

If that sounds like a way you would want to work, the contact form is the fastest route to me. Tell me what you are launching and when.
